How do you get back up when you trip and fall on your climb up success mountain? Well, usually you can rely on some supportive leadership around you. Failure is not something to fear, but something to embrace. We have to put ourselves out there, be bold, and be ambitious.

A few weeks ago, I was able to talk with Gordon Tredgold about how we can learn to embrace failure and move past fear.

Gordon Tredgold has always had the unique ability to assess difficult situations, determine what could be done differently and then create simple, easy to understand and easy to implement solutions, which deliver sustainable results FAST.

He decided to share his proven approach and wrote the FAST – 4 Principles Everyone Needs to Achieve Success and Drive Results, which is now a Finalist for Practical Management Book of the Year.

With a passion for leadership and supporting those that want to make an impact on the world, he works with 1 Billion Africa as a Mentor and member of the International Advisory Board. And as Mentor and a member of Uncommon Me International whose vision is “Raising Passionate Leaders For Betterment of Society” He is heralded by Global Gurus as a Top 30 Leadership Expert and in Inc Magazine as a Top 100 Leadership and Management Experts.
